Porto Montenegro - A time-tested investment

Porto Montenegro is a luxury marina for yachts and a nautical village located in Tivat on the coast of the Bay of Kotor. It is one of the most luxurious marinas in the Adriatic.

The complex features private residences, the 5-star Regent Porto Montenegro Hotel, a Yacht Club, and the Knightsbridge School International Montenegro.

Around Venice Square, you will find high-end fashion boutiques, cafes, and restaurants offering Italian, Mediterranean, Montenegrin, Mexican, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine. Additionally, the area includes banks, supermarkets, bakeries, hair salons, a spa center, gyms, as well as yacht brokers and maritime services.

The first phase of the project, called “The South Village,” was completed in 2020. It consists of seven buildings (Teuta, Zeta, Ozana, Milena, Tara, Ksenija, and Elena), the Regent Pool Club Residences (Aqua and Baia), and the Regent Porto Montenegro Hotel. Each building in the South Village features an outdoor pool, a gym, and a 24/7 reception desk.

“Boka Place” is the new part of the village, which includes a shopping mall with various supporting facilities.

The newest phase of the project, called “Synchro Yards,” is currently under development. This is the most exclusive section of the entire complex, located on the first line to the sea with its private beach. Residences in this phase are available for purchase during construction.
